  • All rates are in U.S. funds; we accept personal or company checks, money orders or cashier’s checks only (no credit cards at this time).
  • Applicable Hawaii Hotel and General Excise Tax will be added (currently 14.42%)
  • Maui County TA tax @ 3%
  • A 2-night deposit within 7 days of reservation request will confirm a reservation for less than 14 nights; a 7-night deposit is required for stays of 14 nights or longer.
  • Seven night minimum stay is required with the following exception: A fourteen night minimum is required if booking includes both Christmas and New Year's.
  • Balance due 60 days before arrival; if arrival date is less than 60 days from reservation request, full payment is due within 7 days of request.
  • Nonrefundable balance is due October 1st for bookings including Christmas or New Year's.
  • Cleaning fee is $250
  • A complementary cleaning is provided during stays of 14 nights or longer.
  • $500 damage/excessive cleaning deposit is required which will be refunded 30 days after departure.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival, 1 night of deposit is non-refundable as an administrative fee
  • For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, you are liable for the entire stay. If we can re-rent, a prorata refund will be made less one night’s administrative fee.
  • We recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance
